Thanks for the tip. However, when I do that, the picture bounces back to show the size that is shrunk to fit the screen, not the "Actual Size". If viewed in smaller size, all of them look sharp. Neither case allows you to know the true quality of the picture, and therefore, the technical skill of the photographer, or the capability of the camera.

In any event, it doesn't now but I think zoom app for window 10 can always zpom the mouse wheel all the way up to do so. Oops - the guy in the other thread says the wheel doesn't zoom to the photo's full size. If that's true your request is clearly more valuable.
